In as much detail as possible please state the problems with the type of equipment (weed whacking, edging of sidewalks, blowing or cutting) and the particular areas of the lawn that the problems are occurring (front, sides, back etc.). The men will be informed to make sure these problems do not reoccur. If the damage is extensive enough or the problems continue to reoccur you will receive a phone call to discuss the issue.
